Alien collaborators protest Krugman's plan

"We welcome our new space alien overlords!"
Yesterday the noted Nobel Prize winner and Enron adviser Paul Krugman outlined a new economic policy -- restoring the economy by fending off an invasion by space aliens. The Nobel Laureate explained his plan as follows, "If we discovered that, you know, space aliens were planning to attack and we needed a massive buildup to counter the space alien threat and really inflation and budget deficits took secondary place to that, this slump would be over in 18 months."

Sadly for Earth, there are already alien collaborators protesting his defensive plan. In fact, since the picture of the protest is a few weeks old at least, it means they've been protesting it even before he revealed it to the public. He better check for leaks in his office.

The above picture came from post Growing Cost of WWIII (and shouldn't that be IWI for Intergalactic War One?) at the website Organizing Notes. Yes, the post sounds like it is nothing more than incomprehensible leftist claptrap, but don't be fooled, I assume it is actually a cleverly crafted space alien code to conceal their nefarious invasion plans from us.

Help us Obi Wan Krugman, you're our only hope! Meanwhile, the rest of us can only watch the skies.
